Open the account on the official site

American Children Fund does not open accounts. A parent or guardian opens the account on the official site, then comes back here with the public contribution link.

1. Use the official site. Eligibility and account opening are handled on trumpaccounts.gov and the IRS program page, not by us.
2. Open the account with a provider. Follow the IRS instructions. Keep your login private; we will never ask for a password or one-time code.
3. Copy the public share link. Look for a share, invite or contribute link. It usually starts with https://contribute.trumpaccount.com/.
4. Come back and submit. Submitting is free and does not guarantee a contribution.
